Returns & consumer rights
A clear policy belongs alongside a considered tool. Here is the planned approach for when orders open.
The planned 30-day policy
We plan a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy for unused items, returned as a complete set with the original packaging. This policy is not yet active. The return address, authorization process, postage costs, and refund timing will be published before orders open.
Keep the complete set together
Retain the magnetic base, roller, dual abrasives, and packaging. Before sending an item, follow the published return instructions and use the authorized address. A support or return address is not available yet, so please do not send a parcel.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Change-of-mind conditions do not remove your rights when goods are faulty, misdescribed, or incorrect. Applicable remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund where required, take priority over a voluntary policy. An unused-item requirement does not override those rights.
EU withdrawal rights
Where EU distance-selling law applies, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to notify the seller of withdrawal and a further 14 days to return goods. Standard outbound delivery is generally refundable. Return postage may be payable by the buyer only when disclosed as required before purchase.
Opening packaging for necessary inspection does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Applicable refund deadlines, exceptions, diminished-value rules, and legal conformity guarantees take precedence. Complete withdrawal instructions and seller details will be published before EU sales begin.
US shoppers
The final posted return policy and applicable state and federal consumer protections will govern US sales. The planned policy above does not establish an active return or refund service.
